About me
I'm an independent consultant working with clients in the social sector to improve outcomes through research, evaluation, policy analysis and program design. Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2022, I worked for non-profits focused on using evidence to solve complex public policy challenges.
I've led or contributed to 30+ projects with government, non-profit and social impact organizations, focusing on diverse policy areas like workforce and skills development, homelessness prevention, youth success, newcomer services and the care economy.
I'm also an Associate with the Canadian Career Development Foundation and a Contract Lecturer in the Program Evaluation Certificate Program at the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University. I sit on the Research & Advocacy Committee for the Ontario Caregiver Coalition and the Quality & Risk Committee for Strides Toronto.
