I'm working with the Canadian Career Development Foundation on a series of policy briefs summarizing evidence about the positive impacts of career development and outlining steps that policymakers can take to strengthen the career development sector in Canada. The briefs highlight the potential of career development to strengthen skills, increase employment, improve labour market efficiency, and support youth success.
