Designing an M&E strategy for UNICEF

Tracking the progress of an innovative business model initiative

I worked with the UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office to design a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) strategy for an innovative business model initiative. The initiative focused on testing new partnerships to leverage results for children across multiple program streams. In addition to developing a strategy to track progress of the initiative, I engaged Regional Office and Country Office staff to assess and document early learnings and inform the approach to leveraging results going forward.
