Employment Skills Training Plan

I worked with Yonge Street Mission to conduct a program review of their employment skills training offerings and make recommendations for enhancement. This involved conducting a literature review to identify evidence-based and promising practices, engaging staff and service users to identify strengths and needs, and interviewing experts to identify innovative strategies for the effective delivery of employment skills training.
