Improving Supports for Caregivers in the Labour Force

I'm partnering with the Ontario Caregiver Coalition on a project to analyze policy options that would strengthen supports for unpaid caregivers in the labour force. I'm conducting a review of current legislation and policy, interviewing subject matter experts and engaging caregivers with lived experience to identify policy changes that would have a meaningful impact for working caregivers.
