Improving Supports for Caregivers in the Labour Force

I partnered with the Ontario Caregiver Coalition on a project to analyze policy options that would strengthen supports for unpaid caregivers in the labour force. I conducted a review of current legislation and policy, interviewed subject matter experts and engaged caregivers with lived experience to identify policy changes that would have a meaningful impact for working caregivers. Read the report:
