Thriving Workplaces: A Dual Client Approach to Career Services

I'm a member of the core research team for Thriving Workplaces, a systems innovation project funded by the Future Skills Centre that is focused on finding new ways for publicly-funded employment services to effectively meet the needs of small businesses and work seekers. I'm co-leading the development and execution of an evidence strategy to gather insights about service innovations that can be used to drive systems change in employment services delivery, as well as supporting project strategy and knowledge mobilization.

I wrote a project Discovery Report and co-wrote an Interim Report sharing findings from the project.
